Here is one of our favorite recipes: Chicken with Spinach INGREDIENTS:- 4 pieces of thinly sliced chicken (use your favorite cut)- 2-4 tbsp. Olive & Marlowe Meyer lemon olive oil- 1-3 tbsp. Olive & Marlowe lemon balsamic vinegar Steel City Salt - Peruvian Inca blend Spinach (you can use mushroom, onions, or your favorite vegetable. With fruit flavored vinegar, I use an apple) INSTRUCTIONS:Pat the chicken dry with paper towels; season with salt. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.Add seasoned chicken. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until browned, flip. Cook 5-6 minutes or until just about cooked through (longer with a thick cut of chicken) and add vinegar (carefully as liquid may spatter). Cook for 1 minute. Remove chicken In same pan, add spinach. If dry, you may need to add more vinegar or 2—3 tablespoons of water). Cook 2-4 minutes or until wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve spinach on the side or over the chicken.
